IP Intellectual Property Right | Right of Ownership

One of the greatest challenges of the modern time is the intellectual Property Right or better known as grant of exclusivity which embrasses : Patent, Copyright and Trademark.
It is basically the award of monopoly of right of ownership or concept.
As we all know that the internet is a gigantic copying machine so the European Office of Harmoanisation of the internal market in Alicanta have to come up with different national Subsystems together with the Eurpean Patent office in Munich - Germany to fix the challenges and Competence.

But what areas of  Intellectual Property Right Competence are we talking about , here´s is what i find out:

• Protected works of architecture. This includes for example : Dome of Reichtag, Berlin or Hollywood signs!.
• Protected buildings bildings like : Las Vegas Hotels, Nevada - Empire State Building, New York - Rockefeller Center, New York.
• Protected Designs like : Apple products, Rubik´s Cube, Lego, Duplo, Playmobile, Mordern Cars.
• Protected Sunjects like : Illustrations of Characters or the Olympic Ring.
• Protected Places like : Foundation of Prussian Garden, Zoo, Train Stations, New York.
• Protected Work of Arts or Drawing like Grafitties and Amarillo.
• Logos and Trademarks. Examples are logos of Google, Apple, Samsung  for instance and Sports Clubs.
• Identifiable Properties: Here we are talking about , Cars with Plate numbers! oh yes!! or even a Unique building.
• Recognizable persons ( without a model release) or voices (soundtrack - without releasing) like group of people , Celebrity, Prominent, Athletes.
• Protected Fotos or Pictures, Letters or graphic element: Elements or Contents that are not yours even if it´s from a fotodata banks, softwares or from the internet.

All of this are intellectual properties and needed to handled with care!!
