12 healthy foods that can be dangerous to our body

We all know by now that even 3 glasses of milk in a day can be dead wrong and dangerous . And now every one is asking - when this is true! how is it in our other foods? what about them? are they
also dangerous too? Well, the answer is YES! - and you should know them.
Ofcourse there are lots of books out there explaining the best and dangerous food we eat and what we drink. We are going to talk abit of it right here.


Mineral Water
More than 5 to 10 liters of water in a day depending on the body weight can be really very dangerous
because the luquid and salt content of our body react in a confusing way or mixed up!
Result: We become dizzy or some sort of drunkenness , intoxication ecstasy etc because our nervous systems are disturbed. Nausea and vomiting are also among the usual reactions especially if you are drinking gas water.

Salt
Do you know that : if you take in ( Eat ) say about 150 gramms of salt or even drink it when desolved in water that you can die instantly! Reason: Our electrolyte system will be out of balance and this will threaten heart circulatory problems. But the good news: Usually a lot of such quantity will not stay in our body and so we must vomit it out.

Butter
A normal daily intake of butter is 10 to 20 grams and so if you take say about 100 grams a day you are bombarding your body with the most dangerous of all fatty acids, trans-fatty acids and increased LDL level in you blood as well as heart and vascular risks and diseases. You may also suffer heart attack or even stroke.
Anchovies
Anchovies: for example in Pizza! contains purines, which can trigger a gout attack mainly at people already suffering from elevated level of uric-acid.


Muscat
Muscat nut is actaully a spice but if you try to abuse it as a hallucinogenic drug then you might have a severe vomitting. This spice contains Myristin, an essential oil which can cause hallucinations on children and youths. A big amount of this can even lead to death. For adults, a big amount of this in the body can lead to an euphoric state, which can last for several days. Even when big amount of this spice leads to vomitting, yet it cant be used as a drug either.


Green Beans
Watch out raw food fans! if you eat raw green beans it can be life-threatening. Reason is the included Phasin - a toxic protein that bonded our blood cell which is usually destroyed during cooking. If it enters your body it leads to Nosea, bloody diarrhea, and it can also paralys your respiratory organ.


Honey
Normally honey is not dangerous - but not for infants! It can be life threatening for them becuase occaisionally contaminated honey contains bacteria called Clostridium botulinum. It can germinate the stomach of babies, multiply and then moves into the blood. Possible consequences includes the muscle paralysis and also paralysis of the respiratory system leading to death.

Dark Chocolate
Just a half slab of black chocolate can cause blockage due to its high proportion of cocoa.

Wheat Bran
It is very good for diggestion - and it´s true! but: more than 5 tablespoons can reduce the iron, zinc and calcium supply on the body. Reason: The bran binds the minerals, so they are eliminated rather than to get into the blood. Result: Iron deficiency and among other things this leads to anemia - immune weakness , fatigue and concentration problems.


Grapefruit Juice
We know that health fans love grapefruit! Right! But it doesnt like drugs!
Ofcourse grapefruit is healthy. But what most dont know is : If you down-flushes your drug with grapefruit juice, then youre making things even worse. Because the ingridients in the juice will change the effect of the remedies -  either they tone down extremely  or the amplify them immensely.
Both are not recommended so take your drugs with lost of water.

Grape Sugar
Generations of studenst most of the time during examination always have small package of grape sugar in the box with them in the classroom - beacuse it aims to improve the ability to concentrate. Unfortunatley the opposite is the case since glucose has a high insulin result which lower the blood sugar level and causes that we can quickly under sugar concentrate even less than before!  So, for this to improve us as we wanted we needed to eat only a small portion of this a good intervals - or better - eat an Apple rather!!



Grapes
Yes, grapes are fruit and fruit are in large healthy! But too much of it in day is really not good any more. Because grape have the highest content in calories than any other fruit. The sugar content can make you go fat quickly than you think.
